Materials at cost, itemized on the invoice. Common parts ride on the truck, so most visits skip the supply run. Specialty installs such as doors, vanities, shower doors, and attic ladders are priced per job.

Anything inside the wall
New or moved plumbing lines, new circuits, added outlets, panel or service work, in-wall wiring. That is permit work for a licensed trade, and we say so before you spend money on parts.
Water heaters, gas, and HVAC
Water heater swaps, gas appliances and lines, furnaces, boilers, and AC belong to licensed trades with their own permits.
Bathroom and kitchen remodels
Converting a tub to a shower, building a walk-in shower, gutting a bath, or renovating a kitchen. What we do handle is the one-visit bathroom work: grab bars, shower doors, caulk, grout, and fixture swaps.
Roofing, gutters, and pressure washing
Ladder trades with their own crews. We are happy to point you to someone good.
