Middletown Handyman is run by Osama Syed, founder of Central Jersey Home Services LLC, out of Parlin, a short drive up the Parkway from the Bayshore. He has more than 15 years of hands-on repair and carpentry work across central New Jersey, and the way the business runs is deliberately simple: one flat number agreed first, arrive when we said we would, do the job properly, and leave the house cleaner than we found it.

The LLC is registered with the State of New Jersey (NJ HIC #13VH13918800), bonded, and insured. Everyone who works on our jobs is background-checked and on our payroll, and the owner stands behind each of them.

Central Jersey Home Services LLC runs three handyman brands, one per county: this site for Monmouth County and the Bayshore, East Brunswick Handyman for Middlesex County, and Princeton Handyman for the Mercer County area. Same license, same crew, same price ladder, different territory.

Repairs. Not Remodels.

We handle the small, urgent, and put-off repairs that keep a house in order: drywall, doors and locks, carpentry and trim, TV mounting and assembly, deck and fence repair, tile and caulk, like-for-like fixture and faucet swaps, painting touch-ups, and the seasonal maintenance list. Flat prices settled before we start; most jobs done in one visit, the bigger ones in one to three days with 50% to hold the date and the balance at completion.

Bathroom and kitchen renovations, additions, and anything that needs a permit are outside our lane, and we say so at the first call. The single-visit bathroom work stays on the menu: grab bars, shower doors, caulk and grout, fixture swaps.

Most of our Monmouth work is in Middletown, Red Bank, Hazlet, Keyport, Rumson, and Fair Haven. We cover Atlantic Highlands, Holmdel, Matawan, and Aberdeen on the same schedule.
