What You Get
$34–40/hr, real W-2
Set by experience. A W-2 paycheck, not cash and not a 1099.
Flexible days
We book you 3–5 days ahead around your availability, typically 1–3 days a week and growing.
Weekly bonuses

$500 tool credit
After 90 days on the crew.
No chasing work
Marketing, booking, and customers are handled. You show up and do the job.
Local radius
Monmouth Bayshore and Middlesex County. No long hauls.
Ground floor

What We Need
- 3+ years hands-on: drywall, doors, fixtures, basic plumbing swaps, carpentry, TV mounts
- Own truck and tools (the rate includes a vehicle allowance)
- Clean driver's license, able to pass a background check, authorized to work in the US
- Professional with homeowners and proud of a five-star review
